ProStays – a brand of DW Deutsche Wohnraum GmbH
1. Scope
These general terms and conditions apply to all bookings made through the ProStays website (https://www.prostays.de). ProStays is a trademark of DW Deutsche Wohnraum GmbH, Cusanushof 38, 41812 Erkelenz.
By completing a booking, the guest accepts these General Terms and Conditions in their currently valid version.
2. Subject matter of the contract
The subject of the contract is the temporary provision of a furnished apartment for use as accommodation for private or business stays.
The rental agreement is concluded between the booking guest (hereinafter referred to as “guest”) and DW Deutsche Wohnraum GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “landlord”).
3. Booking and conclusion of contract
Bookings can be made directly through the website. The contract is concluded upon receipt of the booking confirmation, which is sent to the guest via email.
The landlord reserves the right to refuse booking requests without giving reasons.
4. Prices and payment terms
All prices quoted include VAT and are per apartment and booking period.
Unless otherwise agreed, payments must be made before the start of the stay by bank transfer, credit card or a payment service provider offered on the website.
5. Cancellation and rebooking
Cancellation conditions are displayed to the guest during the booking process and are part of the contract.
Unless otherwise stated, cancellation is possible free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. After that, cancellation fees of up to 100% of the rental price will apply. Rebookings are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
6. Use of the accommodation
The property may only be used for residential purposes. Events, commercial use, or subletting are not permitted.
The guest undertakes to treat the accommodation and its inventory with care and to report any damage immediately.
7. Arrival and departure
Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM. Check-out is required by 11:00 AM on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.
Late check-out may be offered subject to availability and for an additional charge.
8. Liability
The landlord is only liable for intentional acts and gross negligence. The landlord assumes no liability for loss or damage to items brought into the premises.
The guest is liable for any damage caused to the apartment or its contents.
9. Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy on this website.
By booking, the guest agrees to the storage and processing of the transmitted data.
10. Final provisions
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is – to the extent permitted by law – the registered office of the lessor.
Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
